INVESTMENT TOURS We will be conducting a series of information tours for organisations interested in becoming our joint-venture partners: 1. SOUTHERN JIANGSU PORT INDUSTRIAL ZONE TOUR We have done extensive research on industrial zones, benchmarked land prices, mapped quality service and have selected a place with tremendous potential. It is not only inexpensive but also easily accessible to Shanghai. We expect it to rival Ningbo as a port and Kunshan as an industrial zone. A large seaport on the same scale as Yanshan Port, built on man-made island, is under construction and will be ready in the end of 2010. At the same time a 30 km2 industrial zone has been reclaimed from the sea. Land prices is less than half compared to zones in South Jiangsu (Kunshan, Suzhou, Wuxi). This port will have excellent logistics and access to South Jiangsu, and also a new link over Chongming to Pudong is in the works. It has already attracted large investments from Petro China. And downstream manufacturing will follow. With the industrial development with come tourism, leisure, residential and commercial development. Our partner is cooperating with the local government to promote and manage the industrial zone in a professional way. There is also plan for greentech centre, bringing alternative energy projects, waste use projects (turning rice straw into gas) and an Euro-American Industrial Park. There are opportunity for a commercial centre, housing estates and facility for passenger ships. It is quite impressive and should be considered in any plans for future expansion in China.
